Windows 10: Windows 11-NEW computer- desktop folder error message

Hi, can someone please help me with this. Can not reach anyone on the phone with microsoft. I am trying to create a folder on my desktop. I keep getting these red circle with white x. On my old computer with Windows 10, I have no problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The problem you've encountered in creating a folder could be caused by software or program conflict as the issue appeared a few days after installing the Windows 10 Creators update. For us to know if this only occurs when creating a new folder from the desktop,
we suggest that you try creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut or from File Explorer. Please refer to the steps below:

• Click on the desktop.
• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.

Creating a new folder from File Explorer.

• Open File Explorer.
• Hover your mouse on the location where you want to create a new folder.

Dual error message not fixed

i only get one message. i enabled log to file, created folder for it, then to test the error message, i deleted the folder, to prompt the error message, of which i got one. Ver 1.20.0
