Windows 10: Windows 11 new Intel build crashes when waking from sleep

Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

wake from sleep issue in windows 10

Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.

Windows 11 unable to wake up from sleep

Started about a week ago, my computer stopped waking up from sleep. Whenever I uses mouse, keyboard, or the power button to "wake" it up, the fan revvs up for a couple of seconds, but then it dies down, and the power LED remains blinking (behavior while sleeping, as opposed to stay lit when PC is on) and the screen remains black. Nothing I do then will have any effect other than performing a hard reset and booting my PC from scratch.

This is incredibly frustrating because every time my PC goes into sleep now is equivalent to a hard crash. I do not want to disable sleep completely, so I would like to work on getting this issue diagnosed and fixed. Any help is appreciated!

Things I have tried:

• Update Windows 11 and flash BIOS to newest revision.
  
• In BIOS, set "wake up event by" from "BIOS" to "OS"
  
• In "advanced power plan settings" under "multimedia settings", set "when sharing media" to "allow the computer to sleep"
  
• In Event Viewer under "Windows Logs" > "System", there is no message during sleep. Only when I performed the manual reset does Windows log that PC has not shut down properly.
