Windows 10: WINDOWS 11- New problem with trim tool, makes videos brighter

I've been experiencing recently with Windows video trim tool. When you trim down a video and save it the gamma on said trimmed video goes up by what looks like at least 20% Turning off HDR does not work. I really need help with this because I'm in the middle of class work and editing videos and this has become a super inconvenience. Ps. No, photo legacy doesn't work either, every video just comes out super bright.
