Windows 10: Windows 11 no internet. What is the solution?

I have a hp tower with windows 11. Wifi is completely gone. Have plugged into a ethernet and it doesn't recognize it. Have tried removing the drivers from device manager and restarting. When it powers back up there is an error trying to update the driver. Recently I tried to put the driver on a flash drive. The computer throws an error when trying to load flash drive. It doesn't recognize that and it errors trying to update that driver. I noticed that airplane mode is greyed out. Any help much appreciated
