Windows 10: Windows 11 no longer activated Error code: 0xC004F213

A few days after the most recent update my PC no longer had windows activated . I'm pretty sure I used it once after the update and I didn't notice anything, but the second time it no longer had windows activated. I have not changed hardware in months, I installed windows 11 home in march of last year but I cannot find the disc or package. I have the order # and confirmation from amazon, is there a way to find the code without the package or give proof of purchase to reactivate windows? I tried the troubleshoot and deactivated memory integrity like it suggested, but that did not work.
