Windows 10: Windows 11 not activating.

I just got a brand new desktop delivered yesterday, but Windows 11 will not activate. It says: "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C003." Troubleshooting simply re-cycles me back to this same screen. There is nothing on the PC itself that lists any activation or license key, and the literature that came with the system says the key is already in my BIOS and it should automatically activate. There is also another strange issue. When I login

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
