Windows 11 not allowing me to launch games

Hello,Using Epic Games Launcher I have tried to launch both Cyberpunk 2077 and the witcher 3 but each time i am prompted with either an error about certain files missing even though i have gone through the process of downloading them and or epic games just saying its running, and then reverts back to where i can press "launch" with no explanation at all. Im not sure if it is a CD Project Red issue or if its just a coincidence both games are by that developer. All of my other games work. Please let me know what to do, i see online that i may need to run the game as an administrator but i cant

    :)
