Windows 10: Windows 11 not allowing to boot games?

I just got a new computer and I was super excited to get Windows 11. When I installed it everything was fine until I tried running Cyberpunk 2077. I spent 3 hours troubleshooting and looking up solutions, I tried and failed to get it working. I have contacted CDProjekt Red support but I haven't gotten a response. When I would open the game it would tell me that I am able to launch but then once I do click on it, it will sit and then go back to being able to be launched. I have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 on both Epic and Steam to no avail. I have reinstalled and done pretty much everything the in

• How did you installed the game?
  
• What happens when you try to run the game?
  
• Do you use any non-Microsoft anti-virus software?
  

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if the issuer persists:

New User Account

I would also suggest you to create a new user account with administrative rights and check if the issue persists. Creating a new user account will not remove any data, app or settings from your current user account, this is just a troubleshooting step to eliminate the possibility of user profile corruption. Refer this article to create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10
