Windows 10: Windows 11 not detecting even 30% of my disk capacity

I bought a new 8tb gaming drive, WD BlackI connected it to the back of my custom build, and went to disk manager, not there, obviously also not detected by windowsI went to cmd>DiskpartList disk does show the 7452 GB disk, so I:select the diskcleancreate partition primaryBTW Diskpart asked if GPT or MBR, so I selected GPT, but it didn't show the disk after that, which is why I started diskpartformat fs=ntfs quickassignThe disk is assigned the letter D, but it shows onlyu 500gb, both in file explorer and in disk managerI was going to ask for a refund in Amazon, but diskpart does show the 8

How to get disk detected by Windows?

I have a solid state drive that is not showing in device manager, yet it is detected in the BIOS and works fine on a Linux live image. How do I get Windows to detect and use the device?

Here's what I've tried already:

1. reformat the disk
   
2. zero the disk
   
3. install manufacturer drivers
   
4. swap SATA cables

100% Disk Capacity

Hey,

I bought a new Asus gaming laptop, but whenever I use my laptop it is always slow, lagging and unresponsive sometimes. Then I discovered that my disk capacity is always 100% although I am not using any heavy programs. I tried many solutions suggested on
the web but never actually worked. So please can you help me find a proper solution?
