Windows 10: Windows 11 not detecting secondary monitor

My windows 11 PC is not detecting the secondary new monitor that I bought. Both my monitors are Dell S2721HN. I'm able to connect both the monitors independently to the CPU. However, I'm not able to establish a connection between both monitors as an extended display via HDMI. Both HDMI ports and the cable are working. The drivers are up to date. The error message is "No HDMI2 Cable" cable is connected in HDMI1. What would be the possible solution to fix this?

Dual monitor Detection Issues

• Is this the first time you're setting up your Windows 10 device with multiple displays?

Yes

• Which port are you using to connect the secondary monitors? Are you using a VGA or an HDMI cable?

I'm using HDMI cable

Also, I ran the troubleshooter for hardware and devices still did not detect my second monitor.

 

Windows 11 Laptop not able to detect External Monitor LG24GN650

I am not able to detect my external monitor on windows 11 specifically. There is no physical connection issue as the monitor works when I connect it to another device operating on windows 10. There is also not any issue with my Windows 11 laptop's HDMI port as it works on other displays as well. It means the issue is specifically with the LG driver.

I have tried the following methods to solve the issue but was unsuccessful:

1. Updated intel and nvidia graphics driver
   
2. Updated Windows 11
   
3. Updated display driver from Device manager
   

As the monitor was not able to auto-detect I tried running the monitor driver exe file but it was showing error "Monitor is not LG manufactured"

In this case, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check.

1. Launch Skype.
2. Drag the Skype Window to secondary monitor.
3. Resize the window as per your preference.
4. Maximize the Window and Restore Down.
5. Then close the skype window in secondary monitor.
6. Then try re-launching and check if the issue resolves.
