Windows 10: Windows 11 not responding after start up

Hello. I have the following problem with my PC writing this from my laptop at some point while the computer was turned on and I was away for a bit today something happened to it, no idea what because when I got back everything was unresponsive, browser didn't load in new pages and when ever I tried to open something nothing happened. Figured I do a restart and it'll be fine, it only got worse. Now nothing is responsive, at the start I can bring up task manager but I can't turn off any programs in, start menu is not reacting to anything being clicked and the basic of looking at which ever ha

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Start menu and store not responding

I would suggest that you run the SFC scan and check. Follow the below steps :

• Press Windows + X
• Click Command prompt (Admin)
• Type sfc /scannow
• Press Enter
