Windows 10: Windows 11 not supporting CPUs

Discus and support Windows 11 not supporting CPUs in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My main desktop has an Intel i7-6700 CPU running at 3.4Ghz.     Windows 11 not supporting CPUs


    My main desktop has an Intel i7-6700 CPU running at 3.4Ghz. Surely that's sufficient to run windows 11 - but the PC Health Check says "No" all other aspects are given the green tick. Is this because MS has not got around to testing that specific CPU or is it something else? If the former is there a programme schedule I can check to see when it is to be tested?Maybe if W11 needs more than that we shouldn't be upgrading. I certainly would not upgrade a PC just because a new version of an OS comes out that's too sluggish to operate as quickly as the current version.

    B3 Phenom support

    I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
