Windows 10: Windows 11 Notification Center screws with my graphics card

Since about October 19, 2023, a lot of times when the Notification Center gets invoked, one or both of my external displays goes super saturated/contrasty. Here's a simulation of how it looks:It looks almost exactly like two copies of the monitor image are being added together using a "color dodge" algorithm, which basically doubles pixel values and blows out anything over 50% brightness. This makes it impossible to see light gray lines and very difficult to read text, etc.This can happen both when I open the Notification Center manually ⊞+N, and when a notification pops up like a Gmail des

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

Stop action center notifications in Windows 10

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.

  Go to system.

  Select notifications and actions.

  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Graphics card information.

The error might occur if the Graphic card is cannot update the driver automatically.

I suggest you to update the graphic card manually by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Display Driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and select
  update driver software.

Also, can download the latest version of the graphic card from the manufacturer website.
