Windows 10: Windows 11 notifications for some applications are grayed and can't be enabled

Currently, I'm struggling with a problem that I can't turn on notifications for some apps that I need to.Reinstalling apps doesn't help with solving this problem. I've made a video, so it will be clearer to understand what problem I'm struggling with.

Windows Mail App Notifications Disabled (Grayed Out)

I have a problem with Windows 10 Mail app notifications.
When trying to enable notifications from system option, I cannot toggle it at all?
Despite the fact that it is already the default app!










Any suggestions ?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Hello , I install windows 10 without problem only here I have a concern with the notification in the task bar are disable ! in the notification option I get the following message " parameter are some manage your business" and the button " display application
notification" is grayed out ! I am on a personal PC with administrator rights . if someone has an idea to settle the problem will be its great.
