Windows 11 Notifications that slide out from the right are to loud! How do I change the notifications only volume and not the normal volume? In Windows 10 there was a setting to adjust just the notifications only volume, but seems to be missing or hidden in Windows 11. I tried lowering the System Sounds in System> Sounds> Volume Mixer and lowering the System Sounds under Apps but that did not work. The notifications sounds still stayed loud. Thanks!

    :)

  2. Windows 10 notifications appearing in the bottom right corner, can I change this behaviour?

    Hi Berend,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. We appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

It is by design that the notifications received will be displayed on the bottom right corner of the screen.

You cannot change the settings of the notification but you can disable it by following the steps below:

    • Open Settings by pressing Start key on the keyboard, type
      Settings
and select the top most search result.
    • Select System from the window and click on Notifications & Actions from the left side panel of the window.
    • Under Notifications, slide the bar to Off status for those you wish to disable.

    Hope this helps!

We are happy to assist you with any issues pertaining to Windows.

    Thank you.

  3. (SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
