Windows 10: Windows 11 Nov. 2022 update Error code:0x80073712

Can anyone help me resolve this update issue. I believe this update was dished out on Nov. 8 2022 but for some reason I can't seem to install it. I tried running the troubleshooter but it didn't help to fix it. I also tried a method in another post that recommended pausing updates, rebooting and resuming updates but that didn't work either. After I resumed the update it failed to download again and the screenshot is what is displayed.The update is the 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019980The error code I receive is 0x80073712

Running Windows 11 Home. Version 21H2 on Lenovo Idea Pad 3 15IGL05 purchased this past March. Trying to install 2022-09 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET framework 3.5,4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5017859)

Error Code 0x80073712

I have also gotten error code 0x80073712. I have followed several instructions from this forum CMD and MSCONFIG and none have helped.

UPDATE: Now this:

I ran the deployment Image Servicing and Management tool and it too failed. Error: 0x800f081f

 

Error code: (0x80073712)

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse

Hey there,

I've been having an issue installing two updates on my new computer. All the other updates have downloaded and installed successfully with no issues but two updates have an issue installing. I have tried to restart my computer, I have tried running the windows update troubleshooter and I have also tried running DISM + SFC and still have no luck in installing the two updates.

The error I am getting is:

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

These are the two updates that are failing to install:

1. 2022-02 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5010474)

2. 2022-04 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 for x64 (KB5012159)
