Windows 11 is no longer loading on MacBook running Parallels???

MacBook Air M2 running Parallels and Windows 11 ARM

I purchased a license of Windows 11 for Parallels to run on my MacBook Air. It is a brand new 2022 MacBook Air with the M2 chip and I got it with 24GB memory. Works great. I have some issues on the MacOS side and need to reload the MacOS from scratch. I have searched my email for the past week and every where else and cannot seem to find anything except the .iso file I downloaded for Windows 11. Where do I find my license again? I have the order number for the Windows 11 Home and Windows 11 Pro upgrade, I just can't find the licenses.

Activation of Windows 11 Pro in Mac M2

Hello, my name is Artur

Recently I bought a new MacBook Pro M2 Max. As I could not transfer directly the VM with Windows 10 Pro because it has no ARM format, I did a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro in a Parallel VM. The problem is that I have lost the license and I can't activate it although it appears in my purchases in my Microsoft account. I have tried unsuccesfully all the means suggested by Microsoft support.

Is there any advice?
