Windows 10: Windows 11 Omen Brand PC wont fix or reset

My PC froze on me earlier and when I shut it down and reset it failed to boot up properly and said Automatic Repair failure. Went through a few guides and videos on how to try and fix this and nothing worked. Decided screw it, I can redownload my games and decided to factory reset, but when I try to factory reset it just says "There was an error resetting your PC" and then does nothing. The command prompt commands arent doing me any favors and I cant even kill then reset my PC. What do I do? I use my PC on a daily basis for hours at a time and need this working again.

Omen PC is stuck on resetting.

I wanted to reset my PC, but it keeps showing the Omen welcome screen, then the Windows installation screen, and then it goes blank. The process of this keeps repeating over and over very quickly.

I tried resetting it again and it leads to the same outcome.

 

Brand New HP OMEN 40L with Windows 11 Won't Load Windows at all !

Hi All, I just bought a new HP OMEN L40 Desk Top with windows 11, as I was setting it up installing some of my own software and uninstalling some preinstalled like Macfe anti virus , it said to restart and when it did it would not load windows, I did every type of repair I can think of , it wont auto repair, it wont do a total reset , I can't do restore , I cant' remember the Microsoft number I called when I had this same problem on my othe HP OMEM 30L , Is there a contact I can call or Chat for technical windows 11 help?
