Windows 10: Windows 11 on ARM installed on Raspberry Pi 4B cannot be upgraded

As the question, when getting Windows Insider Program updates via Windows Update, the download progress is stuck at 1% for a long timeAnd when upgrading via Windows image, Setup.exe only appears as a process in the background of the task manager, and disappears after a few secondsWindows is in test mode and can't be turned off without getting a .sys driver error.Is there a detailed solution or is it possible to update the system only through the existing WIM?

Windows 11 arm ( for Raspberry Pi )

I downloaded the windows 11 for arm computers image zip file, created a flashable image, used WoR ( run as administrator ) to flash it with the MBR partition to a 32 GB SD card, mounted the boot partition, unmounted it and tried to boot my Raspberry Pi with the card but at the stage where Windows 11 asks me for my region it stops responding to the keyboard and mouse. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.

It's not actually something which is supported by Microsoft. I believe support for Windows on ARM is limited to Surface devices, so I can only give you limited help.

I am not sure of the process you have followed, but it may be an issue wit the image file. There are lots of guides online for this, so again not sure which one you have followed but perhaps try these steps:

windows 10 ARM ISO image for raspberry pi 3

I am trying to get a build for windows 10 ARM for raspberry pi 3.

From uupdump.ml I got the build for the following disc image file:

17134.1550.200602-1741.RS4_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_A64FRE_EN-US

The WOA deployer for raspberry pi wants a .WIM windows image. Can you offer pointers on why I am unable to build a .WIM image?
