    I bought my laptop in 2020 and love it, unfortunately I upgraded to Windows 11 and the laptop went completely dark and would not turn on. Fortunately I also purchased the 4-year Asurion protection plan and they had me send it to them for diagnosis and repair. After 2 weeks, I received back yesterday and during setup, after installing Windows 11 once again I have the same exact problem. FYI...I didn't realize, or at least suspect that it's related to Windows 11 until last night. I have another claim in with Asurion and am sending it back again.     Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

    Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

    PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
    followed the steps suggested, but they don't work
