Windows 10: Windows 11 "One Folder up Level" button missing

I have recently upgraded to win 11, and the looks are phenomenal I must say. but the thing is, my menu bar has the back and forward button, but it does not have the Folder up button. which I am quite used to. On a quick search, I found that I am the only one having this issue. this button is available on win 11 by default, for everyone else. The installation was smooth, and my OS is up to date, as of now. Version 22H2. Any help?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Missing Favourites Folder in IE 11

Some time ago I created a folder in Favourites in IE 11 with many useful links stored in it. I have many folders in Favourites and a number of these have sub folders. I cannot now find this folder. I have been through all my folders but still cannot find the missing folder. I created a new folder and gave it the same name as the original and stored a link in it. I tried to move this new folder and a window told me that the source folder was the same as the destination folder so presumably the old missing folder is somewhere in my Favourites, but where? Can anyone suggest how I might locate this missing folder and the links stored in it please?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
