    windows 11 onedrive "on this day" "show photos from" cannot uncheck 'All folders'


    I cannot uncheck the "All folders" menu item below.Is there any way to just check the "Pictures" foldersFor the Onedrive main photos view it works, the All folders can be unchecked.

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    Photo App automatically add OneDrive Folder

    Dear all,

    The Photos app of Windows 10 Automatically adds Onedrive Location and start syncing OneDrive Pictures in Collection.

    The Photos app add Custom Address of the OneDrive folder automatically i.e. "D:\Libraries\OneDrive\Pictures" then i remove it but after a restart of system the address is again added. (Below Screesnshot for easy reference)

    I have unchecked "Show my Photos and Videos from One Drive (Cloud Only".

    Can you please suggest another location from where it could be turn off permanenetly.

    The OneDrive Setting "Start OneDrive automatically..." Periodically Unchecks Itself Every Few Days

    In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.



    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Did you try reinstalling OneDrive app to the latest version?


    Meanwhile, we would suggest you to check the same OneDrive behavior in a new user account.
    Follow the steps from the article
    Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10    .



    If the issue persist, we do have dedicated support team for OneDrive and you can get in touch with them for further assistance. Follow the below steps to contact the OneDrive support team.



    Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser or Open OneDrive App, click the ‘?’ help icon on the top banner of the page and select
