Windows 10: Windows 11 - Only one option under 'Core Isolation'

Hello all,After having suffered a recent security breach I've reinstalled Windows TWICE to make sure that all infected files are gone, using installation media from a known safe PC.On my previous installation of Windows, I distinctly remember there being several options under the core isolation page, but now there is just 1 that I can configure and 1 that I cannot. I am looking into enabling Kernel DMA protection and would very much like to know why they aren't appearing, as you can see in the first screenshot? Hi you all,

I am having trouble with switching on the core isolation function key in windows 11.

The list of incompatible driver which was the problem. I have uninstall all the incompatible driver in device manager and I did get the core isolation function to enable.

After reboot, I am having audio output / - input issues which resulted that the audio is not working anymore.

I have tried to install or update all new audio drivers but non of them help solve the problem.

Even tried to trouble shoot with the help key function in windows 11. Results came with non output device is connected, that is not the case here. Output audio actually did worked fine before.

For now I have roll back to the previous backup image to get my audio working again.

Any one else have any other solution for this matter.

Core Isolation

Memory Integrity provides extra protection on top of that already provided in Windows 10/11 by Windows Security and Core Issolation, but it is not an essential requirement.
