Windows 10: Windows 11 OOBE stuck on "Allow Microsoft and apps to use your device location" with a...

My friend has just installed Windows 11 on his PC it's a clean install. Everything goes well, up until a part of the OOBE screen that says "Allow Microsoft and apps to use your device location". He is stuck there because the Next button is greyed out. He went to "more info" to see if he missed anything, but nothing happened.We found that Secure Boot and Trusted Execution were disabled, so we turned those on. Unfortunately, though, nothing changed. Miraculously, Windows 11 was installed without those settings on...What could be the cause?

Cortanta not working, Apps stuck on loading and turning on location is settings - isn't allowing.

Cortanta location not working, Apps in store are stuck on loading and turning on location is settings - isn't allowing. I am having the hardest time with these three issues. I have literally tried everything that has been suggested through
search apps to fix these problems. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you

 

Microsoft Announces WOWZAPP 2012, Worldwide Hackathon for Windows

Registration has launched for Microsoft Corp.'s WOWZAPP 2012, Worldwide Hackathon for Windows, which will take place Nov. 9–11 in more than 30 locations worldwide. Students and other types of developers across countries such as India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Turkey, Finland, Chile and Greece will work in teams to develop apps that will be published and available for download in the Windows Store.

At the events, students will be provided with the resources they need to build their apps, such as Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows 8 and a free Windows Store registration code, both available through DreamSpark. In addition, students will be able to test their apps, and developer experts and trainers will be available to answer questions and help participants submit their apps to the Windows Store.
