Windows 10: Windows 11: Open command prompt, goes black for 1-2 seconds and then immediately closes

Having an issue when opening command prompt by default. It will open and then immediately close after 1-2 seconds.I can however bypass the issue by simply running the command prompt as administrator, and a terminal will open.https://imgur.com/a/MtigLzCThings I've tried:-- SFC /scannow-- Restart-- Windows UpdatesAny suggestions?

Command Prompt is closing immediately after a few seconds!

Hello, I have a problem with command prompt in windows 11. Command prompt is closing automatically all by it's self after few seconds when opened. It is really annoying. When I was about to type something, it closes automatically which makes me angry. And also, the terminal in Visual Studio Code is based on CMD, so, it closes automatically too.!!!!!!. Need assistance please.

 

Chrome closes immediately upon opening (1-2 seconds max)

My Chrome browser closes immediately upon opening (1-2 seconds max), it opens up and I can see my default homepage then it automatically closes in a spilt second. I am unable to toggle the settings menu or anything before it closes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and a system restore but with no luck. now my firefox refuses to open also and then I came across a thread saying it might be a problem with Microsoft. How do I fix this? Chrome is vital for me.

 

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

I am repairing a laptop for a friend and I need to access windows in safe mode and the owner has forgotten the password to the main user. I tried logging on with the administrator profile in safe mode but it is not showing up so I was going to use command prompt in safe mode with command prompt but command prompt will not open when I boot that option. Does anyone have any hints for me to figure this out?
