Windows 10: windows 11 opens new windows sometimes on the second monitor and not the one defined as...

IOne my new notebook I have installed Win 11 and various issues behave unexpectedly different from Win 10. 1. right click - other options: it forces you to hold the shift key or use a certain measure to go back to win 10 configuration see for example: https://www.minitool.com/news/disable-show-more-options-windows-11.html - neither of this solutions is really satisfying. I tried to go back to win 10 config, but in addition other things chamge as well. Windows should simplify key issues instead of complicating.2. Windows 11 cannot detect my second monitor. Help. I did all the suggested troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to work.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
