    From what MS did in Nov 2015 when they released their 1st big update they kept it Windows 10 but changed the Version to 1511 (YYMM) and the Build was 10586.00. I see a lot of post on the internet referring to Windows 1511.

    I think when Redstone comes out the Version will be the release Year & Month and a new Build number xxxxx.00

    hi,

    the problem with names:

    Once you get 3 or more names, you forget wich 1 was the first or oldest, which 2d and so on.

    Or Vengeance1, 2 but then one could stay with Wndows10 also.

    I think a good OS does not need a fancy name.
