    Windows 11 parser error 0x80004005 won't let me UNINSTALL app


    current build is : Edition Windows 11 ProVersion 23H2Installed on ‎1/‎26/‎2023OS build 22631.2861Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0 my issue is that i'm trying to UNINSTALL an app called Gyazo and every time i try to uninstall it i get this parsing error .... i have tried all solutions to fix it...running scannow command ...no issues detected...safe mode boot and tried to uninstall ...same error popped up in safe mode. istalled update trouleshooter but don't have the product code for this app so didn't work for me... so is the only way to remove this error is to do a

    Upgrading from W7 pro to W10 pro (USB) - have a message that says parser error.
    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.050727\config\machine.config
    parser returned error 0xC00CE556
    I am a novice at this so have no idea what it means.
