Windows 10: Windows 11 PC Can't Even Boot Anymore

Last night my PC was fine and I was able to use it normally. When I woke up today it kept freezing after < a minute of use which would require me to hold the power button down to restart it. After a few times of this I cleaned my PC using cloud reinstall instead of local and used a save point of last week. This let me use my PC for youtube for a few hours. Now after 30 attempts of my computer non stop freezing and not even getting passed BIOS I am trying to reset my PC. Though it will now no longer stay on enough without freezing to completely wipe wipe and reinstall windows 11. I also h

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
