Windows 10: Windows 11 PC freezes randomly

Processor IntelR CoreTM i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.89 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre PC with Windows 11 installed. Periodically, the screen freezes for 1-2 minutes. Then it resumes normal operation. The screen freeze happens about every 10-12 hrs of operation. Any ideas how to diagnose and fix the problem?

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
