Windows 10: Windows 11 PC Health Check won't load

Hi I got an email saying W11 is available and is the bees knees. When I go to Update it tells me my PC is not compatible and I should download W11 PC Health Check to find out why. I do this. First I get a Windows Defender message saying it's an unknown program and has been blocked. I press all the ignores and run anyway. I then get a message saying it can't be opened.

Correct. The "PC Health Check" has been temporarily pulled by Microsoft until they work out some bugs with it.

PC Health Check - Windows 11

So I downloaded the PC Health Check app on my Laptop to see if it will run Windows 11 and the message says "This PC can't run Windows 11". So my question is, will there be a workaround to bypass that when Windows 11 comes available to download? I just think that's dumb that it's not compatible, considering this computer is less than a year old. Laptop in reference is an HP 255 G7.
