Windows 10: Windows 11 PC Health Monitor fails to meet requirement, despite having minimum requirements

I meet the minimum requirements for the Windows 11 installation which is expected to release much later, but I still get an error telling me that it doesn't meet minimum requirements.I have a HP laptop. From what I read there is no discrete TPM option or something, some don't even allow you to disable it. But I know there is no discrete TPM option It does have that for Asus PCs from what I hear.I have 2.6 GHz Processor with 2 cores.I have 12 GB of RAM.I have MORE than enough storage space to get Windows 11.My firmware is UEFI enabled, it is compatible with it, and it has Secure Boot enabled

Lumia 650 not meeting minimum system requirements of 1GB

This was not the case yesterday. It was listed for mobile as well, now it is indeed listed as PC/Surface only.

But my question was not completely related to just this app, but why the store listed my device as not meeting the minimum of 1GB RAM. (Now it is indeed listed as incompatible as they removed ARM support from the architecture list). It was telling me to
check the requirements.

My PC have -

1. Nvidia GT 610

2. 4 GB ram

3. Intel i5 processor



but when still says my pc does not meet minimum requirements

I am facing an error in xbox game bar it says "sorry, your PC does not meet the minimum requirements for recording"

I've read the system requirements and my graphic card meets the requirements

My PC:

Intel core 2 quad Q6600 2.4GHz

AMD Radeon HD 8570 1GB DDR3 128-bit

4GB RAM

250GB HDD

please help me
