Windows 10: Windows 11 pc hooked up to Samsung tv, not being able change brightness, colors etc....

Hello, I've spend hours now trying to fix an annoying problem in which my screen a Samsung tv adjusts the brightness of the screen when the image of the video is dark. Instead of making it brighter, it darkens it even more, making it unwatchable. Trying to solve this issue opened up a whole rabbit hole. The logical fix seemed to disable the adaptive brightness option in settings. However I don't have this option, apparently I don't even have a brightness slider in windows settings nor the action centre I can't seem to add it either. I've tried disabling and enabling monitor drivers. Updati

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.
