Windows 10: Windows 11 PC in continuous boot cycle

Despite the computer working yesterday, my PC is stuck in a restart loop and I have run out of troubleshooting options.When the PC turns on, all LED's and fans turn on for roughly 10 seconds, then it shuts off. No image is being displayed and it will continue to turn on and off until I disconnect the power.So far I have done the following troubleshooting steps.-removed all peripherals and anything plugged into the PC-turned on power with 1 ram stick removed, then again with no ram, and again with no GPU. -i have checked all connections to the PSU and replugged them as well as any motherboard c

Hard drive continually cycling

I wonder why your PC hard drive cycles continually.

What were the recent changes made on your PC, specifically on your PC hardware?

When did the issue start? Can you share with me how you noticed that your hard drive cycles continually?

If the issue occurred after doing some hardware changes, it is possible that you need to ask for a manufacturer's advice to resolve this.

PC will not boot into Windows 10

As a result of installing UBUNTU on my PC, Windows 10 will no longer boot.

There is no error message on PC startup, it turns on, the HP logo appears and in the middle of that the PC will restart and this continues until in defaults to 'Automatic repair'.

'Continue to Windows 10' restarts the cycle.

By choosing a device I can load UBUNTU but all other options restart the cycle. Selecting 'Windows boot manager' from the UBUNTU menu restarts the cycle.

Troubleshooting cannot fix the boot error.

Attempting to reset windows restarts the cycle without doing anything.

I am completely lost on how to get Windows 10 back, would be very grateful for any help.

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
