Windows 10: Windows 11 PC is completely unresponsive

The computer starts up to the desktop smoothly every time, but nothing opens when I click on it. I can't open settings to reset, I can't boot up in safe mode, I can't use command prompt, nothing is responding. But randomly, if I click fast enough, I can open some apps, and my computer might just run normally, until I shut down or restart. I've tried booting the computer up in windows recovery mode, but every time I try that it just takes me back to the sign in screen again. I've tried downloading an ISO file, but when I did that it gave me an error message that said "We couldn't install window

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

64.0 GB RAM

Two Drive 1.84 TB

It doesn't matter what I doesn't matter if I am using the Web browser or doing something else my Desktop just freeze and becomes completely unresponsive. I have all the Updates from Microsoft and Dell.

What on earth can it be??? Windows is becoming insensibly frustrating!
