Windows 10: Windows 11 pc is stuck on ASUS start up screen

Hey so, yesterday I had been using my pc all day with no issues. Then I started getting this “This app can’t run on your pc” prompt on my desktop. So I checked for updates and sure enough, there was a windows 11 update. After updating it and restarting my pcMy pc now gets stuck at the ASUS start up screen every time I turn it on. The screen says “ASUS in search of the incredible” followed by “please press DEL or F2 to enter using UEFI BIOS settings”.I’m in need of desperate help, my pc is only two months old and I have tried a lot of things. Bios won’t open, I can’t get it to boot into safe mo

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Asus Laptop stuck on aptio

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• Select the Boot menu in the Aptio setup utility, select 'Launch CSM' and change to enable.
• Select the Security menu n the Aptio setup utility, select 'secure Boot Control' and change to disable.
• Select Save & Exit and press 'yes'.
• Hold down the power button until the unit switches power off completely.
• Switch back on and continually press the F9 button for about ten seconds; this should now allow the unit to boot up into the Windows Recovery menu.
• Select 'Advanced Start Up' and wait until the recovery menu appears.
• Select ' Advanced Options'.
• Select 'System Restore' and select a date prior to when the problem occurred.
