Windows 10: Windows 11 PC is unbootable and shows black screen

I was migrating Windows 11 off of C drive HDD on my desktop to a new partition on an SSD earlier today, when I foolishly stopped the process. I'd noticed that the H partition was smaller than the C partition I was moving Windows from. I know it was foolish, trust me. Not a hobby of mine to create then repair computer issues for myself. I suspect my Windows 11 installation is damaged, and likely the MBR. Maybe driver issues too. Luckily my HP laptop is working just fine, so I could download and create installation media on a USB drive.Unfortunately now the desktop has nothing but a black scre

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
