Windows 10: Windows 11 PC making life harder!!!

Hey there. I have one HP Laptop. It came with Windows 10 and then I got a free upgrade to Windows 11. The problem is nothing seems to work properly from around a weak. I can't:Lower the screen brightnessHear any soundLaptop doesn't detect any connected USB devices.Windows does not update / downgradeUnable to install any application. Always fails.I just want to roll back to Windows 10, but the time has expired. Or maybe stay on 11 if all these issues get resolved. I tried everything I could gather online: sfc scannow, powerplan settings and couple others too! Please help me.Thank you,

I cannot delete or add apps to 'life at a glance'

How exactly you are trying to add or delete apps to life at a glance?

Did you get any error when you try adding or deleting?

I suggest you to follow the below methods to add apps:

Method1:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Right click on the app you want to add in Life at a glance and select Pin to Start.
  
• 
  The app will be added to Life at a glance.
  

Method 2:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Drag the app from app list and drop the app in Life at a glance part.
  
• 
  The app will be added to Life at a glance.
  

I suggest you to follow the below steps to delete the apps:

• 
  Open Start menu and Click All Apps.
  
• 
  Right click on the app you want to add in Life at a glance and select Unpin from Start.
  
• 
  The app will be deleted from Life at a glance.
