Windows 10: windows 11 periodic black screen for 1-10 seconds

Periodically Windows 11 periodically black screens and recovers. most of the time it will happen within 2-5 minute intervals, with sometimes it lasting up to 10 seconds but usually no more than 2 seconds. This happens no matter how many updates and drivers settings updates i do, im on a dell g15 i dont know if that is relevant or not. Another common thing is at the top left corner of the black screen it will display the minimize, widnow, exit bar and a small emblem with whatever tab I have open this only happens while im on the web any other time it shows no symbol I have tried looking every

Periodically Windows 11 periodically black screens and recovers. I don't think this is a graphics driver issue as this occurs on the laptop alone (while using the integrated graphics card) and also while the laptop is connected to the monitor via hdmi and uses the dedicated graphics card (0% activity on the integrated card).

The laptop is plugged in and the power plan is set for performance.

Current build is: 22499.1010, but the issue was occurring on 22494 as well.
