Windows 10: windows 11 permission issues

I can't use certain permissions on my computer. I can't open task manager because apparently the "administrator disabled it" even though it's my personal laptop and I am the only user and I have never disabled task manager. Even if I go into edit group policy it tells me I'm lacking permissions. I performed a software update 5 minutes ago after the problem happened and it wasn't solved. Also I tried restarting my laptop. Also whenever I go into ctrl+alt+del I don't get the regular power options, just lock and cancel. I have checked and yes I am logged into my account with administrator permiss

I thought the fact that "Administrators" were listed in the permissions meant that all Admins had access, but apparently not. Now I added my specific login account, it works fine.

Thanks so much for your help, these UAC things in Windows are quite confusing, I am not (entirely) stupid!!

 

Permission issue

Presumably because TrustedInstaller is the owner (hence you need its permission), suggesting that img3.jpg was installed by Windows at some time.

Presumably that also means it can be uninstalled. How did you get it in the first place? Where is it located?

If you really want to delete it yourself, then taking ownership would seem a logical first step.

 

Folder won't open due to permission issue
