Windows 10: Windows 11-Phone Connection-Whatsapp Notification Problem?

Even though my phone is connected via Phone Link on Windows 11, I am not receiving WhatsApp notifications. I have selected WhatsApp in the apps that should send notifications. Other notifications are coming through without any issues.

I am also facing the same issue, Previously, when i was using Windows phone 8, the push notification was not working for Viber but after updating to WP 8.1, everything start working fine but for some few days, after that push notification for WhatsApp start
coming late though (Viber and facebook push notifications were working fine) and then suddenly it's stopped at all. I checked "Notification+action" settings and surprised to see that there's no WhatsApp listed. After that, the following troubleshooting steped
i tried:

1) Soft reset my phone, doesn't work

2) Uninstall and re-installing the WhatsApp, doesn't work

3) Uninstalling the app, soft resetting the phone, re-installing the app, doesn't work

4) Uninstalling the app, deleting temporary file, soft resetting the phone, re-installing the app, doesn't work.

So after a lot of frustration i decided to go to the hard way i did a hard reset.

So, for the few hours Facebook, Viber and WhatsApp all were working fine. Then after sometime I noticed that I am not getting the notification for Viber, though getting the notification for facebook and WhatsApp, I checked the notification+action setting
and there was no Viber in there, so i again started all the above troubleshooting steps( step 1 to 4) but they didn't help again. So i have to hard reset my Phone again.

After hard resetting my phone (again), everything was working fine for few hours then i stopped receiving Viber push notifications and as usual, in notification+action settings, I didn't find the Viber and on next day, i start getting WhatsApp push notification
very late...

Any Help?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Whatsapp notification problem

have problem using WhatsApp on windows phone. I have Lumia 640XL with update 8.1 update2. I install the app and configure it to push notification. the problem is when I lock the screen the app does not push notification. after I open
the app I receive all the missing alerts.

Things I done:

1- I use home WIFI

2- Under system - notification & actions - I enable show notification for WhatsApp.

3- From the app setting I enable preview massage in notification.

Then I upgrade to windows 10 and I have the same problem

please windows fix this issue i want to switch from Iphone i believe in windows phone. the problem is on windows 8.1 update 2 and on windows 10
