Windows 10: Windows 11 photos app shows images as pink/black depending on HDR on/off

Hi,Images are currently showing like this attached. The pink one is an OLED monitor with HDR on, and the black image is SDR on my second monitor. However, this is all photos regardless of HDR being on or off. Apologies for the phone caps but screenshots wouldn't show this issue, as for you they'd display properly as per normal coloursAll games/videos/normal usage is perfectly fine. Google images all display perfectly as they should. However, if I go to say iCloud, and view my photos there, they all display like the belowDoes anyone have any idea?RTX 4090 if that is relevantTIA

Windows Photo app not showing TrueDarkBlack colors , on launch of Windows Photo app , TrueDarkBlack nearly appears for 1 sec then it shifts the black color and its not pure black Monitor-- LG 27 inch (68.5 cm) 4K-UHD (3840 x 2160) HDR 10 ( 27UL550 ) below side by side comparison 1st Image----4K HDR10 OFF ~~~~same pic from 4K Call of duty Modern Warfare 2019 -gameplay pic without HDR GamePlay sceenshot~~~~~~ Right image~~~from PAINT app and its pure black present LeftImage~~~~ from Photo app its not pure black 2nd Image at the bottom- With HDR10 ON HDR10 OFF HDR10 ON Nvidia res. settings tried using default(8bit colors) and also with 10 bit colors

 

Photos App HDR seems to be broken

I have the opposite problem. When I open a standard photo with the Microsoft Photos app with HDR enabled on the desktop, the images are now way to bright.

It worked perfectly with HDR prior to the last update. Other apps seem unaffected and display normally.

Just for giggles I installed MS Photos legacy... you guessed it, it works fine and the images are not completely blown out in brightness.

 

Windows 10 HDR bug - Pink pixelation and Banding

Pink Pixelation and banding in HDR Videos on my HDR TV (Even the preview video included in recent insiders build). Facing this on stable build also. I'm on latest Insider build, still the HDR playback isn't fixed since the Fall creators stable update. I experience all types pink pixelation on ground, sky and water which are moderately bright areas in a HDR video. TV completely supports HDR and it's a 10 bit panel. There's a lot of banding in sky. Tried various custom settings in Nvidia panel too but that doesn't help. In Netflix, pink moving pixilation goes on the face of Actors. For gods sake, demo video inbuilt for HDR in windows 10 also looks awful with banding and pink moving pixels in sky. Attached some screenshots and a video for reference. ***I played the same files on TV natively and it looks gorgeous with true HDR.
