Windows 10: Windows 11 - Photos - I open an image, but Photos loads it then puts a different image up...

I open an image, in this instance a screenshot of a property map with owner info on it parcel code, address, etc.. I then click over to a form that I am filling out, maybe Excel, Word, etc. to enter the client information. When I click back to Photos, it changes to a different image in the client's Explorer folder thumbnails below from that folder. It does not show the image that I opened in the first place in the thumbnail selection. Also, the arrows to select previous/next are there sometimes, but sometimes not.

Windows photo gallery adding wierd tint to images

When I open an image in Windows Photo Gallery, it for some wierd reason, adds a horrible red tint to the image. Although it's hard to see in normal images, it really stands out in black + white ones:





Have I inadvertently changed a hidden "make all pics look like sh*t" option or does Vista do this by default?

Any ideas? *Confused

This one works for me but I added this steps:

On Search Bar type %temp% (it will open temporary files) just hit ctrl +A and then delete all

because after following the steps above still didn't work so I did this additional steps and it work!

I just did that and Reset. Now when I double click it opens the image I clicked on and then it asks me how I want to print it.
Like what the?

I have a third party app so I can open images that way but I would like the default app to work.
