Windows 10: Windows 11 Pin Error 0x8007139f, not allowing me administrator access to anything.

Hello, I am writing because I am extremely desperate to solve this issue. My computer pin seems to work fine with logging in and/or logging out, but if I were to try to run something that requires administrator access or is under user account control, and it asks me "are you sure if you want to allow this app to make changes?", it asks me to put in my pin, doing so results in: "Something went wrong and your pin isn't available, Error 0x8007139f please restart your device to see if that fixes the issue.", meaning I cannot install new updates for programs, or install new programs.I have tried

My pin for windows 11 does not seem to be working in many places for me. It works just fine when logging in, but when allowing administrator to programs, it says "something went wrong (error 0x8007139f). I have looked far and wide for a solution, but none seem to work for me. Is there a way to do this without painfully and manually moving all of my stuff on my current account to a new one?!

 

Pin Error 0x8007139f

Every time I try to log on with my pin I get error code 0x8007139f. It began by happening occasionally, but now it's completely unusable. When I try to change my Pin I get something like "service not available now."

I've seen problems like this with Windows store, but I don't use the store. (I do use Windows 365). Some have suggested that an anti-virus program may be causing the problem. I use Windows Defender. I haven't downloaded any new software recently.

Any ideas of how to fix this?
