Windows 10: Windows 11 Precision touchpad two finger tap for middle click

Hi,I have been using two finger tap for middle click for a while with elantech drivers on other PCs but here it isn't available. It wasn't over there either but there was a way to modify settings in regedit. Now, I found the folder for the precision driver in regedit but it is missing a lot of options there. I know I can easily setup 3 finger tap for middle click but I am used to 2f. I tried apps like Mouse-X and I have successfully mapped middle click to right click but I occasionally use a mouse and it messes up with that.Frustrating that it doesn't give us the option to choose in the settin

Precision Touchpad Middle Mouse Hold Drag

Hi Everyone,

I am new to using a Precision Touchpad. I switched over from a touchpad with a Synaptics Driver. I am using a Dell Laptop and the Dell support says this is a Windows Driver issue because they just use the Windows Drivers.

I often use my computer for CAD drafting. This function uses a lot of middle mouse wheel functions to pan around the screen. On my old computer, I could set part of the track pad as a middle mouse click and hold function. It would allow me to click, hold,
and pan around the screen. On my new Precision Touch Pad, I have mapped a three finger tap as a middle mouse click. But, there is no option to "HOLD" the click down. Is there a way to enable this "HOLD" function?

FYI, I am using AutoHotKey to remap my left mouse click as a middle click hold, but it is a clunky solution. Does anyone know a way to enable this "HOLD" function for a three finger tap on the Precision Touchpad?

Touchpad: Tap twice to drag

Here's how it works standardly:

1. Tap twice
2. Hold down on the second tap
3. Move around and you're dragging
4. Release finger to stop dragging

Here's what I like it to do:

1. Tap twice
2. Hold down on the second tap
3. Move around and you're dragging
4. Release finger
5. Reposition finger and continue dragging by flicking the touchpad some more
6. (repeat steps 4 & 5 as many times as desired)
7. Release finger and perform one addditional tap to stop dragging

That's what it used to be like in the Windows 7 era with most touchpads. Some people found it annoying and disabled it, but I welcomed it.

I know dragging continues when your finger reaches the touchpad edges, but that I find greatly irritating because it looses all sense of precision. This mechanism is stupendously irritating when trying to pixel-precise drag a trackbar, or when doing some
painting in photoshop on the go. Or just anything that requires precision.

So I'd like to disable "drag continues at touchpad edge" and enable "require additional tap to stop dragging".

So how can I do that?

If not possible, then please consider this a feature request.
