Windows 10: Windows 11 "Preparing to Repair" Endless Loop

Used a flash drive to install Windows 11, everything went perfect. However, after one download too many it seems, the latest reboot gets me stuck in an endless "Preparing to Repair" message before rebooting. Over and over. Trying to reboot to the install disk on my flash drive don't have an optical drive doesn't work. Is there a repair disk or other fix to get into safe mode so I can roll back my updates? To reiterate - I can NOT get past the manufacturer splash screen and Windows error message. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here's one to try: Windows 10 preparing automatic repair loop

 

Preparing to repair (but NOT the endless loop variety)

Windows Disk Manager isn't a good Disk Manager as it doesn't show all the partitions
As you have a UEFI-GPT drive, you can , make a HDD image and then restore only the partitions you want to the SSD (drag and drop) on this order:
1) EFI - 100M Fat32
2) Reserved - 16M raw
3) C: - NTFS
4) Recovery - 800M NTFS
5) D: - Data - NTFS
6) T: Google Drive - NTFS

stuck in Preparing Automatic Repair loop after upgrading to windows 11

after upgrading to windows 11 every time I restart my PC or shut it down and then turn it on my PC gets stuck in a Preparing Automatic Repair loop

to exit the loop i have to go in UEFI (BIOS) settings and then go in BIOS setup and then in files and select apply default changes and exit

after that it restarts and my PC exits the loop

so i have to go back to windows 10

any suggestions??
