Windows 10: Windows 11 pro 24H2 failure

I facing to many problems after updating the system, MS isn’t working properly when open it says “you will need internet for this” error 0x800704cf but my internet connection is better; some apps stop running. I need help with this issue all my projects depends on it.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

want to try Windows 11 24H2 Pro... by Download ISO... in a VMware VM

for a Windows 11 Pro PC to install dual-boot with 24H2 is it needed new license too?
