    I have submitted four tickets over the course of a month with no response from Microsoft, I have called the provided customer service number multiple times and have not been able to connect with an agent; all I am told is to send in support tickets - which do not work. Now when I call the customer service number I am just told to submit a ticket and am hung up on. How on this green Earth are we supposed to contact customer service?_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________The Issue:I bought a used surface pro and immediatel

    Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

    Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

    Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

    Windows 10 Pro did not upgrade to Windows 11 Pro

    Hi! First time poster here!

    I have a Surface Pro 7 which originally came with Windows 10 Home. I bought an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro on the Microsoft Store app ages ago.

    I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 but it's not upgraded to Windows 11 Pro.

    I've searched online and noticed some posts talking about the Activation Troubleshooter, but this isn't showing up for me on Windows.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions or pointers? Thanks!

    Windows 10 pro activation

    Hi,

    If you upgraded to Windows 10 for free and ended up in a non-activated state, try following these steps:

    • Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security >
      Activation.
    • If your activation status is Connect to the Internet to activate Windows, select Activate to manually activate Windows. If this doesn’t work, you can contact customer support.
