    Hi, I have a Windows 11 Lenovo that came with Home and I bought a Window 11 Pro to upgrade it from Gamespot.com which had a sale through a 3rd party. I'm getting an error of 0x803fa067 when I try to input the key.Their customer support asked me to disconnect from wi-fi and use a generic key which upgraded my version to Windows 11 Pro but now I can't activate it. Is it a fake key? Their support email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** let me know what I need to do to resolve this.Thank you!
