    Windows 11 Pro broken print spooler and missing printer drivers


    Windows 11 24H2 with latest 2024-11 cumulative patch recently installed. Two of four printer drivers have disappeared. If I try to print a test page in the remaining printer drivers, get "Operation Could Not Be Completed error 0x00000bbb Unable to create print job". If I try to reinstall missing printer drivers, get "Unable to install printer. The remote procedure call failed". I stopped the System PrintSpooler, deleted the files in \Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTER and restarted PrintSpool. Also ran sfc /scannow in an Admin command prompt, showed nothing to repair.
